🎨 Design & Creative Work Policy

All designs created by us — including but not limited to:

Stickers
Labels
Packaging elements
Logos
Illustrations
Digital mockups
Collages & promotional graphics

are copyright protected and remain the intellectual property of the creator unless explicitly transferred in writing.

What this means:

✔️ You may use purchased or commissioned designs for their intended purpose
❌ You may not resell, redistribute, edit, recreate, trace, or claim them as your own
❌ You may not send designs to another designer or printer without permission

If you want expanded usage rights or ownership transfer, just ask. We’re chill — but it must be agreed upon before delivery.

🖨️ Printing & Production Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly between:

Screen vs. print
Different materials
Different lighting

This is normal in the physical world and does not constitute a defect.

Once printing begins, changes cannot be made. Please review proofs carefully — future you will thank you.

🔁 Revisions & Scope

Each project includes the agreed-upon number of revisions.
Additional changes beyond scope may require additional time and cost.

Translation:
If you ask for a logo and then decide you want an entirely new brand identity… we’ll need to talk.

🚫 Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of design and print work:

Design services are non-refundable once work has begun
Printed items are final sale unless damaged or defective
Cancellations after approval or production start are not eligible for refunds

If something goes wrong, communicate. We’re humans — not robots.

🤝 Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate projects that involve:

Harassment or disrespect
Intellectual property abuse
Non-payment
Bad vibes

Zen does not mean doormat.
